Better than a cup of coffee, Unlock Your Dancing Body will wake you up and get you ready to rock the rest of the day! This is not the typical static lengthen-and-hold stretching class. Properly prepare your body for the physical demands of dance with active across-the-floor movement. We will start with light aerobic activities such as jumping jacks or light jogging, then go through various fun dynamic stretching across the floor.
