The perfect way to start your day! We’ll prepare for a full day of dancing by building heat throughout the body with dynamic movement and static postures. Then we will utilize the heat with longer, seated holds to open up the hips and shoulders for more range of movement. All of this while settling the mind and connecting with the breath so you can get the most out of your Homecoming experience!
